PRODUCTION TIME

All of our products are made to order within 5 business days of placing an order. Actual production times vary by product type and may fluctuate due to changes in demand.  

 

SHIPPING TIME

During checkout, you will see the shipping options available to you based on destination. Estimated shipping time includes production time. Shipping cost estimates are provided by the shipping carrier.

RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

RETURNS

All custom bags and discounted item sales are final. Stock bags and accessories may be returned with 30 days, as new. Thylacine Threadworks will not refund used/worn bags or gear.

Return shipment fees will be paid by the customer.

WARRANTY

If any Thylacine Threadworks gear has stitching or material flaws, we will happily repair or replace your bags free of charge. Email info@thylacine.com to start the warranty process. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, daily wear and tear, or damages due to accidents. Warranty Shipping is paid by Thylacine Threadworks.

 

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

With some maintenance and mending, Thylacine Threadworks products can last a lifetime. We offer waxed canvas patches and our own natural blend of beeswax, plant wax, and organic oil so that you can keep your bags swingin’ for years to come. We will gladly help with repairs not covered under warranty. Non-warranty repairs are priced according to complexity. Repair shipping is paid by the customer.
